House Judiciary Committee Member Says Karl Rove Should be Subpoenaed if Necessary

So far, Karl Rove has refused to appear before the House Judiciary Committee to talk about allegations that he is behind the prosecution of former Democratic Alabama Governor Don Siegelman, a prosecution many say was politically motivated. Now House Judiciary Committee member Robert Wexler says the committee should subpoena Rove to force him to testify. If that doesn't work, Wexler told Dan Abrams that the full house should hold Rove in contempt of Congress. Take a listen to Dan's interview with Wexler.

Ridiculous!

Use the sargeant of the guards for congress and drag the scampering, evil little elf into the basement jail at the Congress. All perfectly legal. I don't believe the Justice Department is going to do anything that the White House (et. al)tells them not to do at this point. We are being governed by a group of psuedo-dictators with elitist entitlement issues. Enough!!!!!!!! Go get em!

    Who is Karl Rove to refuse ? Could I do that ? He has been one of the principles, in my opinion, of the downfall of our political system this past 8 years. Now it is time for him to pay.

      It is time for the Judiciary Committee to take responsibility by having Rove arrested. The million dollar question is, "what is taking them so long?"
