So far, Karl Rove has refused to appear before the House Judiciary Committee to talk about allegations that he is behind the prosecution of former Democratic Alabama Governor Don Siegelman, a prosecution many say was politically motivated. Now House Judiciary Committee member Robert Wexler says the committee should subpoena Rove to force him to testify.
